COVID update: Due to the pandemic all CBU items have a 4-6 weeks lead time 

Standard CBU items (Items with Standard Silver Numeric Decals) usually ship within 3 business days.

All 4C items and Custom CBU items (Items that have anything other than the standard decals option) usually ship within 1 to 2 weeks.

After an item is shipped please allow standard transit time for delivery.

Cancellation 

If you would like to request the cancellation of an order, please contact our Order Processing team immediately  718-7094774

Most orders cannot be canceled more than 24 hours after being placed. However, we will accept requests up to the time of shipment as a courtesy.

Cancellation is not guaranteed until we have confirmation from the vendor/manufacturer, even if the request is received within 24 hours. If an order has already shipped, it will be subject to the conditions of our return guidelines 

Return Policy

All 4C mailboxes and custom CBU are non-returnable.

We have a 10 day return policy on standard CBU’s. We will refund your order total, less our cost of shipping the item to you. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. There is a also a standard 30% restocking fee on all returned items.

Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging. Do not assemble or modify a product before returning it. If your order arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours and we will send replacement parts are replace the item.

Please keep in mind that custom products are non-returnable. Certain other non-customized items that neither we nor our suppliers can take back may also be “Non Returnable.”
